These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Paula Nacif, including herbal medicine consultations, naturopathy treatments, and massage therapy appointments. By booking or using any services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Herbal Medicine: Use of plant-based remedies to support health and wellbeing.

  • Naturopathy: A holistic approach incorporating lifestyle advice, nutrition, and herbal remedies.

  • Massage Therapy: Manual therapy for the body’s soft tissues to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Requirements: Appointments must be booked online or via the booking platform provided.

  • Payment Policy: Payments must be made online or by card.

  • Additional Costs: Fees for herbal prescriptions, supplements, or treatments are charged separately and agreed upon during the consultation.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment incur no fee.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment fee.

  • No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered a “no-show,” and 100% of the total appointment fee will be charged.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, medications, and supplements.

  • Inform the practitioner of any allergies, pregnancy, or other health conditions that may impact your treatment.

  • Follow the practitioner’s advice and treatment plan, and promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns.

5. Practitioner Responsibilities

Paula Nacif is committed to:

  • Delivering services with professionalism, care, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Safety and Risks

  • Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy: While generally safe, herbal treatments may cause side effects or allergic reactions in some individuals.

  • Massage Therapy: Massage carries potential risks such as temporary soreness, bruising, or allergic reactions to topical products.

  • Disclosure: It is essential that clients disclose all relevant health information to minimize risks.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and managed in compliance with UK GDPR. Your personal information will not be shared without your consent unless required by law. Please refer to the Privacy Notice for more details.

8. Marketing Communications

You may opt in to receive marketing communications, such as updates on services and promotions. You can opt out at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails or contacting hello@paulanacif.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatments, Paula Nacif cannot guarantee specific results. You accept that participation in services is at your own risk. Paula Nacif is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the services provided, except where caused by gross negligence.

10. Amendments to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will be available on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
